If pallet delivery is required, the delivery costs will be calculated individually and added to the order.
Delivery is handled quickly and securely by DHL. The courier will only hand over the goods after age verification and only to the orderer personally. If you are unable to receive the delivery in person, you may also pick up the package at the nearest post office with appropriate ID. Please enter your full name as it appears in your identification document during the ordering process. Have this ready upon delivery. Sales and delivery are only to persons aged 18 or older! Please understand that delivery to a Packstation is not possible.
